    can anyone help with a bosch wae24162uk/01….not heating..have chescked heater..ok..checked wiring to heater.. ok..thermistor is ok..are the boards prone to faults..ie contactors not working..or am i missing something easy…..help as m/c is only 3 yrs old… 😳

    When you say “checked” the heater how did you check it? It needs to be meggered to test insulation. Power off first.

    And why do you say its not heating ? Are the wash times greatly extended ?

    did continuity check on heater and thermistor. wash results are poor and extended sometimes…

    you did a continuity test on a thermistor?

    people complain of poor wash results all the time, and its rarely a fault on the machine

    however, if you are conviced its at fault and the heater and thermistor check out, it has to be a pcb issue.. it would be worth checking for dry joints around the relay areas
