Bosch Maxx 5 WAA 241 66GB
I have successfully replaced the door seal, but on first empty test I still have some rubber degradation on the seal. I think the drum and outer tube may be out of kilter. Diagnosis and cure please.

from what you describe the inner drum is catching the door seal and i guess you have replaced it because of this problem
this range of machine is known for this problem being the cheaper machine at the lower end of the market

if so scrap it time for a new one. drum spider has corroded and snapped

I’ve had this with a few Electrupart door seal on Bosch. Found it best to get genuine Bosch seal.

It’s a Bosch WAA Dan, I’m with Electrofix on this one, the drum shaft is a gonna no matter what door boot was fitted.
