Hi,
So the Beko WTG620M1W series washing machine has started to not work correctly. Washing machine will not stop filling with what I believe is the prewash fill water (3rd comparment on right). This only happens once a cycle has begun. For example when putting on a spin and drain mode only, the prewash tray is filling with water constantly and into the drum even when the cycle is trying to spin or drain. On all the cycles, because the machine takes so long to drain the system, with the now added extra water, the program just ends after about 5 mins.
I read that the tube that connects to the water level sensor can become blocked. I blew air into the upper portion of the hose connected to the water sensor and could hear air bubbles in the drum, so I do not suspect any blockage.
Is there anything else that should be checked or maybe the prewash mechanism can be disabled somehow so only the main wash water is entering the system?
Thanks,
