    Hi ppl,

I have a Bosch WAE24467GB, for 2 years now (expired warranty) i have Lino infront of the washing machine it got mould on which we cannot understand as its directly only around the area of the washing machine. The washing machine works correctly and i checked the water drainage/water inlet they seem to attached (i havnet pulled and seen if they leak yet) but i cannot understand can the pipes/seals OR the washing machine be leaking??? are these common errors? or my installer messed something up??

any checks i can do? the washer is hard to remove from its snug fitting so i got a plumber coming tommorow is there any should recommend him to do?

    Re: Washing Machine Leak??

    Hi mstar,

Without being able to get to see the underside of the machine it’s probably mission impossible to tell exactly where the water is coming from or if there is a leak from the machine.

It’s going to have to get pulled out I’m afraid to go much further.

i pulled out the machine, but didn’t look underside as my kitchen is small i couldn’t tip it to the side.

IS the underside of the machine a common fault with these machines???

what sort of a question is that?

water only ever goes down, its a gravity thing

you really just have to have a look, or PAY someone to look at it for you

    Hi mstar,

Get a torch (with power well and truly off) shine it up and see if you can see any run marks, they often will lead you to a leak.

    Re: Washing Machine Leak??

    solved.

i pulled the machine out and it was the dishwashers water inlet pipe behind the machine which was leaking.

    thanks
