I’ve read the site articles on load sizes.

I’ve seen one post, recommending the op stay below 7kg (might be because of op’s circumstances):

1.Given your experiences repairing and service machines, do machines with bigger load sizes break down more frequently? Are they harder to repair?

2.Is there a ‘golden boundary’ that you’d recommend people should stay below?

3.What are the negatives of larger load capable machines?

Thanks don, I did take a peek. Some of the articles were authored in 2006-2007, and I wondered if they were being written today, what else might be added after so many years if direct experience.

I’m closing in on a Bosch or Siemens.

I’m after real world direct experiences regarding machines with higher load size vs lower.

With this in mind what thoughts are there on my questions y’all.

    Thanks,

    Lazarus

Nothing has changed from when those articles were written the same still applies today with the exception that prices have come down even more meaning longevity of life is now less.

Bosch and Siemens are still the best bet for your budget 😉
