Mains cable, mains interference filter or the main power switch faulty could all cause this.

Also check to see if it has tripped the RCD in the main consumer unit.

Am back again, Had another go at the washing machine today, double checked the things I already looked plus checked the power cable filter and thats ok, replaced the door switch thats ok, replaced the front panel pcb, checked the motor brushes ok, I think the only thing left to replace is the main control panel. any other things I should check before I get another control panel. :hmm:

Do you have power going into the machine?

Unplug the wiring block from the mains filter. Common for these to burn out.

Hi, yes I unpluged the wiring block on the filter, this is where I checked for the power coming into the machine.

Then assuming you have changed the fascia board and you have power going to the main board. I’d say the main board is faulty.
