washing machine noisy spinner

my hoover model no WMH168D-80 is very noisy on spin. Drum does not move up but if pushed back appears to hit back of machine. Shock absorbers appear to be leaking a small amount of oil. Should I replace just the shocks or should I replace the springs as well? Is there anything else that might need to be changed to stop the noise.

I would imagine the tub complete has failed the drum they do go a lot as it’s a 1600 spin and people more often a lot put a full load in on a quick wash programme 😉
