washing machine not filling up or working

hi I have a hec1050 washing machine ,
does not fill up the drum does not turn and when I turn it to spin does not spin either any ideas please

hi I have hec 1050 machine I posted a topic earlier and forgot to mention red flushing light comes on but the machine does not fill up or drum turning

Topics merged, or it gets confused.

It is probably an error code but I have no tech on HEC at all so can’t help with that.

Likely though that there’s an error on the water inlet side and/or motor from what you’ve said.

hi thanks for replaying
the machine has a haler motor but I couldn’t find the location of the brushes where would I find them ?
