Washing Machine Problems.

Hi All.
I have recently been given a Whirlpool American Collection Ultimate Care II washing machine. Unfortunately there are no instructions for use with it and the tag with the model number on is missing. Any ideas how to find out which model it is?
I did try testing it and on a short wash and I don’t think it is spinning correctly. The clothes come out very wet and it does not seem to spin fast enough.
Any ideas?

Looks like you will have to identify it the hard way 😉 A quick Google search brings up some models Once found you should be able to download the manual from the Whirlpool site only problem is, it appears to be down at the moment.

I tried that. Took forever and couldn’t find the same model anywhere.
I emailed Whirlpool anf they did eventually get back to me after 10 days. I sent them a photo and the sent the instructions. They are not for the same model though.
As previously mentioned, I have tried the machine and unfortunately it does not seem to spin fast enough to dry the clothes. They still come out soaking. Seems the fast spin is not working.
Will it be an expensive fix?
