My Hoover washing machine smells really bad like a dustbin. Even once I have washed clothes they come out smelling worse than before they were washed. I have cleaned the filter and washed the draw and done a maintainable wash but it is still bad. I was told that I should always wash on 30c wash but have just found out this is the worse thing to do as it doesn’t get rid of bacteria. Also the rubber seal is badly stained. I have tried cleaning it but looking on your website there is no alternative but to get a replacement. Any tips on getting rid of the snell or should I just order a new machine. It is nearly 6 years old and used every day. Also I use non bio should I use bio to do maintainace wash
