Washing machine stuck on program

Hi ive got a howdens washing machine hja8511, it wasnt draining as there was some stuff stuck in the drain pipe in the machine, i removed the stuff and the checkd all the waste pipes but its still stuck on the program, when u turn it on the drain pump spins non stop have left it on for agis and left it turned of aswell no luck it’s still stuck on that program the pump, would really appreiciate it if anyone knows how to reset the program or what to do.

It does turns on when u press the power button and its on the last draining stage, the draining pump doesn’t stop spinning when there is no water or cloths in the machine

If the machine drains constantly but is empty and not blocked then the electronics probably think there’s still water in it.

So, that likely means that the pressure hose is blocked or the pressure sensor is faulty.

Any reset will not solve that.

some machines have a float in the base of the machine that detects floods. has you machine got this float? If yes have you got water activating this unit or has it stuck when you cleared the blockage
