washing machine trouble :-(

Hi, Can anybody tell me what part is broken on my washing machine …. it runs through the whole washing cycle without the drum turning so the clothes remain soaking wet at the end of the cycle. Is it a bearing that has broken or some other part?

Machine is a Zanuussi FL.1022C.

Could be the belts broken/come off. Is the drum trying to spin? Is it noisy?

its probably the motor brushes plug out if checking but the best advice would be contacting an engineer through repairs@.
