My elderly parents live in rented accommodation where the space in the kitchen for the washing machine is 59.5cm. The have a Bloomberg device squeezed in there at present but this has stopped working and I am trying to source a new one on a tight budget. For various reasons they need a machine that can do an 8kg load every 2nd day, with a high spin speed to quicken drying times.
I am having difficulty finding any “true size” info on generic searches as everything defaults to “standard 60cm” sizing when I know this is slightly different from one manufacturer to the next.

So, can anyone help with a brand/model that is perhaps 58.5 – 59.4cm in width?

    your going to struggle
manufacturers design for a 600mm gap that means the machine are slightly narrower to allow the unit to slide in. how much narrower no there’s a question

sizes vary between manufacturer and even slightly between 2 identical machines and your right they dont publish actual sizes because they can vary

will tag don in our retail guru to see if he has any ideas

The only ones I know of are Hisense, Hotpoint and Indesit which are 59.5cm wide. They all produce an 8kg 1400 spin at under £300.00.
