    Hi there

Are there any washer dryers on the market that are smaller in depth that the standard 54-56cm? The machine will sit behind a doorway so will need to be clear of the doorframe.

Width isn’t an issue, just the depth.

    Cheers

    Hi Mark

540mm deep is as narrow as it gets whether it be be freestanding or integrated.

    Hi Mark,

John Lewis have a selection of about 6 slim line freestanding washing machines, but I wouldn’t be optimistic about a washer dryer. The slimmest they have is 41.9cm deep (although it’s a hotpoint, of which i’m not really a fan). There’s a Zanussi ZWH6160P that is 50cm deep that might be worth looking at?

If you go to their washing machines page, select ‘freestanding’ then ‘slim depth’ on the left hand side you can review them.
