Washing tablet not disolving

I’ve a Bosch Logixx washing machine. I’ve always used washing tablets. Recently, after a wash the mushy remains of the tablet are still in the compartment of the dispenser drawer. It’s as if whatever disolves the tablet/flushes it through is not functioning properly. The fabric conditioner clears out of its compartment of the drawer OK.
I’ve removed the drawer and cleaned (toothbrush/wire) the holes above the drawer and run a 90 cycle but the problem returns.
Help please what else should I do.

Most likely it’s still blocked in the roof of the dispenser and will need removing and stripping it open for cleaning.

Which tablets are you using btw?
