Wate not getting into SMEG dishwasher

I don’t know the number of my SMEG dishwasher and I can’t see anything on the door giving this. It’s a small stainless steel one. Anyway, the problem is that the water isn’t getting through. The hose is straight and the filters are clear. There isn’t any water reservoir tray to pull out. I tipped it forward and water come out from somewhere and when I put it on it seemed to work again, you could hear the water going in, but then the water wasn’t being circulated around. Please can any one help?

The circualtion motor is leaking in to the base by the sound of it.

Check around the door for the model, it will be there somewhere, it’s also on the facia panel of most Smegs.
