I have a four year old fridge freezer. The freezer is fine, but water collects in the bottom of the fridge. There is also ice on the back and the base of teh fridge.

Is this a temperature setting issue or likely to be a fault?

    Thanks for the reply

Not sure how to clean the drain hole other than by trying to push something into it and wonder if that owudl do more damage than good.

just carefully clean the hole with an ear bud or a short peice of soft wire then flush some water through to see if it drains away.
