Water building up at bottom of fridge

Have noticed over the past few weeks that water is beginning to build up at the base of the fridge. ie. a small pool of water gathers at the bottom.

I thought it had to do with maybe a blockage of that hole at the back of the fridge but I checked it and it seemded to be ok.

What would cause this to happen??

Blockage is likely furthern down in the pipe.
You need something likean electrical cable tie that is flexible,poke it down the to clear any debris.
Don’t use anthing sharp like wire or you mat puncture the tubing,
