water despensor not working samsung rs 21

I have tried everything as suggested on this site.

however could the solenoid valve be faulty and fail water to flow.

or is their a solenoid in the lever part of the despensor (where a glass is placed)

I really think it is the valve but I am having difficulty in location a site which provided this part.

The most common problem is the frozen water tank but if that has failed then yes I can supply the part.
