    Doing the cleaning on our older model F&P GW501. Discoverd the inner bowl has water in it – obviously seeped in, but how can one drain the water out

    Pick a programme and use the advance button to skip through to spin should do the trick.

    Inner bowl is supposed to contain water. There is a hollow ring in the top of the bowl and another in the bottom. The saline solution is a balance weight.
    Remove this solution and machine will not be able to maintain spin balance.
