The machine is dead i.e no on/off neon ,getting power to interlock but not on/off switch or board.Has anyone come across this problem? PAUL

On top of post you said you get the door lock? but nothing forward??? no lights , no pumps, no inlet valve?
Please try first to set for spining program and tell what’s happen…

Sounds like your board has failed if the red LED on the front does not flash. Call us on 0115 9652118 for a replacement (£34.90+vat) Tony
