Wd12x indesit door lock problems

Hi all.
Am i being stupid or ?o i have to do some kind of mod.

Old door lock is 3 tag with extra on block.
Cut off ectra plastic so it will fit in new interlock.

When i close the door the time just spins around to finish.

Put in the old interlock and it starts up. But cant open door unless it has a nice big bang.

Old and new have tags 2 3 4 on and have connected the correct way around.

Any help would be brilliant.

old lock must be faulty probably damaged the pcb.
