Got 2 of these,each different on valves and dispenser.One has a single valve and then a 4 valve.Only 3 of these is connected and the single hot so why the 4 valve and not 3.And do these washer driers add water through all the dry process

One of the many modifications to the heater box required the disconnection of the flushing valve, it has since been put back again. If you have one with a 4 way valve that is only connected to three hoses then its possible it had a modified heater box fitted at some time.

This one discharges very little water during drying,the other with the triple valve does
