Going by the fault code error guide this machine is indicating ( ntc/dryer fan ) problem.

However, after going and checking this machine out today i found that by turning OFF the dryer control and running a rinse and spin cycle the dryer heater is ON.

Is this normal on this error??
    anyone came across this before?

    seems odd.

    thx

Sounds like a possible relay fault on the PCB.

Thx for the quick response jim.
I was thing along the lines of a board problem but the error code threw me a little, so ive ordered a ntc dryer side but forewarned the customer that i think 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} its board and shes understanding.
But shes happy for me to try ntc in the hope its gonna save her a few bob.

£20 for the ntc so im gonna try it first ( shame i didnt have a good second hand one to try ).

testing the existing ntc with my meter its on constand circuit and with heat applies ( cigarette lighter ) the reading remains exact 😕

There is always the fallback of sending the board to EMW for them to test.
