    Hi,
Ive got a Beko washer dryer WDR7543121b and the customer says half way through a wash it beeps and stops. She’s very vague with it. Also she says that the last time she tried to dry it didn’t dry correctly. As far as I know it doesn’t come up with a fault code just beeps but again very vague.

I thought maybe a pump problem would explain a fault in the wash and the dry but no issues there.

How do you get this machine into diagnostics to check for fault codes. It’s not like the older bekos.

if anybody can help it would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Nick
