I’ve been getting F-12 errors recently, disconnected and cleaned terminals on both upper and lower PCB’s and re-connected. Now the machine won’t even turn on! 😡

Can somone advise how much a new module is likely to be and where I can order one?

    Thanks in advance…

There appear to be 2 different modules on this machine 🙄 . Serial number will probably be required. Prices typically range from £75 – £100 plus the VAT depending on version. It also excludes the EEPROM, which needs to be transferred from the old board. If it’s faulty, you need to budget for a further £20 – £25 on top.

You can order competitively through spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk .

Be absolutely certain that this is what you require, as it will be a non-returnable component.

Hmmm – I am no washing machine expert but am fine with electronics / electricals. Swapping bits is fine, but diagnosis with no knowledge isn’t! I may be better getting the Indesit call out sorted, I believe they diagnose and change parts for a flat fee of around £100? Saves me mis-diagnosing something I suppose… Has anyone does this before, any feedback?

Thanks for your info Penguin, very helpful and I may email for parts once I get the serial number..
    Cheers.
