Weak grill flame

I have just had a new build completed and installed is your gas oven model UBGMMT60GF. I tried to grill toast and it took over 15 minutes and lots of shifting about as the flame is only coming out of the gas valves nearest to the centre of the unit and so is very weak. Please advise how I rectify this. Thank you.

It’s widely known that gas grills are nowhere as good for toasting as toasters, that said it does seem rather a long time.

The make and model number would help us?

If this is a new build with a new oven fitted then it’s advisable to ask the manufacturers for help assuming it’s been installed correctly.

well there is only 2 things this can be

faulty oven or
low gas supply to the appliance

since I assume the oven works ok its more than likely a faulty oven and , as Don pointed out, ring the manufacturer
