Weird noise in the fridge (fan)

Hi;

I have this fridge and yesterday night suddenly a weird noise came out of the fridge, I open the lower compartiment of the fridge and the noise stop, when I close the door the noise continues and when I open the freezer (upper door) I found out that the noise is coming from there, it looks as if it is the fan. I would like to know if someone knows what could it be, and what should I do,

If it is a rattling type of noise then it is usually an ice build uphitting the fan blade

Manually defrost by turning the unit off at the power point and leaving the door open for 24hrs.

If it is a squealing noise then the fan motor needs replacement and a home visit would be in order
