Mark is a top man in my book and should be treated by all of us as a ‘confidant’ and a person that could bolster a strong team. If there is need to remove dead wood anywhere then he could help to propagate growth should it be required. 😉

Just keep him in mind for now then if you will 8)

Sorry if my sentiments seemed a little personal, it wasn’t meant that way at all.

I was merely pointing out the input (or lack of) from some of TWR members.

I have no issue with Mark or Neil at all on a personal level and I would consider both of them as friends, but as Alex rightly says new blood is required from those willing to put in. Limited numbers are the key I think.

I knew who Martin was reffering to.

Here’s the problem, the more people that know that this forum exists the bigger the exposure problem if it ever becomes general knowledge that it’s here. Anyone asking that knows can simply be told, for now, that there is a private forum and an excuse can be given for whatever reason.

There is in fact more than one as there is a Whirlpool one as well as some for UKW business.

For now I think we should stay “as is” although I too would like to see more input from Neil and Mark in here as I do value the comments… if/when we get them!
