Oh dear, we must be slipping. How about we hold a poll and see who we can come up with? there must be someone we haven’t had a pop at lately.

    Nah Chris,

There is one class of fitter that is worse than kitchen fitters. I am talking about fitters(loose term) on Barratt and Wilcon building sites.

On my patch I am sure they pull them of the street the day before they install anything. I have one in Leicestershire who always puts dishwasher decor doors on with no more nails.

No that’s the patch we put over his mouth after 12 to control his alcohol intake.

Oh come on, it’s not that boring is it?

Really, who can we upset next? I think we may upset a few people soon enough but this is getting dull now.

Maybe I should answer Dave’s WP post and really rock the boat a bit again. I’ve been avoiding it as I can’t think of a way to say “you’re a shower of gits” nicely!

    DASA is too easy! 😀

Or maybe we should start slapping someone else about, just for a change you understand. 😈

On the other hand this is a stupidly busy month for me and I really don’t have the time, hence the silence. Plus I’m knackered, I need a holiday which wil happen in Feb, not soon enough I say. Needless to say I will not be far away from the internet and I will have my laptop with me, how sad is that?

But after that I’m for being back with a vengence. 😉

Anyway, I have to say that this past week I’ve been a bit quiet and lacking in motivation. Partially because of the poor response to e-Jobs and partially because I’m just so damned tired but I’m hoping that a couple of meetings in the next few weeks will perk me up a bit and news that I may have gotten another sponsor for Jan 05 is kinda keeping me going.

I find it incredibly funny that, if my plans work, that I’ll take more money from A. N. Manufacturer in one year that DASA has taken from several in several years, that cracks me up a bit. really that needs re-thought out a bit, it’s £5K for a year as an associate member of AMDEA FFS and DASA charges a whole £250, it’s a joke. But I’m just a dumb Scot, WTF do I know?

Any ideas on who to wind up?

    Bloody Brandt.

I’ve told Lyndsay @ D&G I’m refusing all Brandt calls.

We had a W/Machine that needed a handle & it wasn’t on AGORA. After lots of phone calls and little response, as well as 3 wrong parts, they finally gave the part numbers. It took another 2 weeks to arrive.

We phoned the customer to book, and a Brandt engineer had called 2 weeks previous & fitted parts. Therefore, if they can do 1 call they can do the bloody lot.

I’m reluctant to post anything in the public domain as D&G are not best please with my reaction to this. Lyndsay told me there is no-one in place to do the work, Iv’e told her, “yes there is, BRANDT”.

To be honest I didn’t even realise Brandt had any employed engineers, especially that operate down our way Alex.

I’ll let you know if they try and approach me to do any calls in TA codes 😉

This guy was called Martin & this is not the 1st time this has happened, previously it was a chargeable customer where we ordered the bits, and those bastards completed the work leaving us to fight for a labour fee from the customer.

D&G are a bit pissed off with me, I told them Brandt only gave me 1 working day’s notice, so I’m doing the same. I have since found out that a fair percentage of the D&G network has refused to attend Brandt products.

To be fair though to D&G, I will offer 30 days as I like Therese and it is a tad unprofessional to lower myself to the same level as Brandt.
