wet clothes

zan zj1217 customer says clothes coming out wet
put it on spin got upto full spin, thinking nothing wrong with it ,then it filled up with water turned a few times ,drained stopped so clothes wet, looks like a board fault to me but never seen this,and its a expensive part, anyone seen this

hi looking at the sequence charts if dry is selected it does whats called TAP TEST. takes in a small amount of water, but if its filling to normal level its gone daft!, has the machine been repaired previosly, was wondering if the wrong configuration code was imputted would it cause this. Does it store any fault codes.

not been repaired before and no codes, it works fine just that 2 mins at end of spin it fills to rinse level then drain then end
