My 4 year old Bosch fridge freezer has developed a wet floor in the fridge. The drainage hole is free, not even wet, and likewise the walls of the compartment. It is a mystery where the water comes from. Advice on how to cue this would be welcome
Hi, It may be a good idea to check that there is’nt anything touching the back wall from one of the shelf’s. Because this will cause the water to run away from the back wall when it’s defrosting.
Deep aplogies on two counts. One the model number is ZF50/2, and from that you may have gathered that the machine is not a Bosch but a Zanussi. Too many Bosch marks occupying the kitchen 🙁
