replaced brushes in this one 3 weeks ago.cust now says spin light flashing and will not drain down or spin.heater and motor meggered out ok.pump clear.am i right in thinking pr sw fault.

No it’s just a pump fault (probably well worn) or blockage somewhere (5p coin acting up) and I wouldn’t point the finger at the PCB. 😉
