can anybody tell me if this is sealed drum so the bearings can not be replaced

Have you seen the machine?
If there is a filter at the front of the machine then it will be a sealed drum.
The other way to make sure is to see if the front and rear tub are bolted together. If yes it can be split to change bearings.
