Thats about right with no clothes in.

Poor wash is usually down to over/under dosing, cheapo detergents, overloading or possibly partially blocked sump.

Generally, if its tumbling and heating then its not the machine.

apparently customer complained that the clothes were dry in the middle
it seems like its not topping up as the clothes absorb water, anyhow i brought it in and will soak test it in work shop (no pun intended )
i wondered if she may have overloaded it

    thanks for your reply

    25cm is 10″. Did you mean 25mm?

“Clothes dry in the middle” is the normal complaint if the customer is using the wool wash program for normal washing. It is one of the shortest washes but is not suitable for a normal load due to its was action.
