WF860 30 mins to 37.

Called to this today, complaint of leaking and of display counting down to 30 mins then jumping up to 37 mins.

One of the drum half securing screws had snapped just under the soap drawer area causing a slight leak.

No sign of it getting onto the electrics, what would cause the display to reset to 37 mins?

if it thinks the pump/sump is blocked it will add a rinse to try to clear, last one i had caught me out, i tried it empty & drained fine but still jumped the time up, changed pressure switch in end to cure it

these boards dont get the wash time exactley right and will extend the time to compensate but your diagnioses could also be correct

Didn’t actually try it and the customer was not there to ask.

Will watch out for the above on next visit.
