Had a call to this machine blowing house electric trip. Found a wire hanging down and touching steel outer drum.
Problem is not sure where the wire should refit to. It is one of two orange wires on one tag of a relay near the mains input connector. This wire has a normal tag on it and is about 9 inches long.
Would anyone have a wiring diagram they could email me please.
Strange thing is it appears the machine still goes through a wash cycle. 😯

I don’t have any pictures and the machine is about 9 miles away. The two orange wires join together in one push on tag, that tag connects to one of the terminals of the relay, it should be the only orange wires on the relay. What I need to know is where the other ends of these two orange wires go to.
Thanks for responding to my posting gandh1.

no worries, so are there actually 2 flying tags or do you know where one went to, or are both joined at the other end as well, also can you remember what type of tags the loose ends are? spade? plastic? and what size too. i only asked for a pic because it was about a fortnight ago, and ive been drunk several times since which doesnt help the ‘old’ memory 🙂

Only one of the orange wires is disconnected and has a normal size push on spade tag on the end. the wire is about 9 inches long. The other orange wire heads for the front of the machine, I didn’t bother to see where it ended up.
