WFL 2066 GB/01 Suspension Leg Change

Hi
This machine requires two new legs but it appears that the top pin that secures the leg to the drum is part of the drum moulding which would mean splitting the drum.
Can this job be done without removing the drum?

has to be drilled out, not as daunting as it sounds and can be done with drum in place, but it it as odd size drill that you may not have in your tool kit, cannot remember what but I think 13.5mm, dont hold me to that. Order the spare kit and it should say on the instructions supplied.448032

The drill bit required is 13.2mm for this Job.
