    Strange one this.
After completing a cycle (wash, rinse, spin and drain) I can hear the door switch click as normal but the “active” light stays on. Normally the “end” light would come on at this point. I can open the door ok and the wash quality is normal.
Could this be something to do with the door swt not triggering the control board to change the lights, or do you suspect it’s the control board itself?
    Thanks

I have seen this myself on a similar model and age.
Put it down to the control board not activating the led or led itself faulty.
The machine to the best of my knowledge is still working fine though without the end led.
I would be interested myself if there is an easy fix but my own experiences
with the Bosch pcb’s usually ends up with a landfill result 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I’ve done some more testing and it seems the machine is fine other than the “end ” LED staying off and the “active” LED staying on.
I did notice though, if you set the machine to wash but leave the door open………you would usually get one of the LED’s flashing (can’t remember which one now). This doesn’t happen either but the machine will not start up until the door is shut so I guess that’s another minor problem I can live with.
Sounds like control board to be as well.
    Thanks again
