We have a Bosch Condensor type washer dryer. Washing performs perfectly – however it will not heat.

The Heater element measures 26 ohms. The thermostat measures 5K ohms and changes resistance when heated (in my hand) so I presume that this is OK as well.

There is no AC volts being sent to the element during drying – but I notice 34VAC to earth.

    Any ideas or suggestions.

This dryer was purchased in the UK but is now in Australia – this model was never sold in Australia.

    Many thanks

there should be a resetable stat on the side of the dryer unit
push the button in the middle of it and it should click
    hope that helps

    Thanks Petal Pop

I was looking in completely the wrong spot. The dryer heater chamber was chock full of lint and limescale – the fan was jammed – no airflow.

Cleaned out and reset the thermal overload – all is good now

    Thanks Again
