Hi All, tearing my hair out. I bought a replacement Water Filter and then could not fit it in the Fridge – clearly wrong filter as it would not lock in! So, I bought another which arrived today – exactly the same issue. Ye, both websites advertised what I bought as the CORRECT Filter. They have different shapr at the nozzle. How on earth do I order the RIGHT Filter which will fit?
    The Details:
    Fridge: Whirlpool 20RI-D4 A+ PT
    Other Markings: Service 8586 420 15010 11 0804 013915

    Filters so far Purchased:
Aqua Crest Model: AQF-4396508 (unable to fit it), Other markings: CAAF09V3V6W4JQX
    Qpro+ , Re order QUAFP152

    Thank you!

The branding on these has changed more times than I can count, but it’s this one used officially:

Thank you. I think they sent me the wrong filter!
Can you please explain how the filter gets engaged? Until I get a replacement filter – is there an easy bypass?
    Thanks again.

There is no bypass for that one, sorry. You need the filter in place or it will leak.

It is just a push and turn if memory serves me.
