Is it possible to get technical info from them without being a hoover or candy engineer?
Also just wondering if there is another version of TDS Disc available I have the 2008 Version.

Not usually as there business is to get the HVR/CDY engineer to attend taking the appropriate fee off the customer but I have found them helpful on the telephone when asked, it depends on whom answers the phone when you call.
I might stand correcting on this one but I dont think they make a TDS disc anymore. I think it is on-line access only now, but Connect have bucket loads of info available.

ps I have just sent a PM to you regarding the Service Manual on a Hoover unit you asked for in another thread

Candy have used that name for as many years as I can remember, we were a Candy agent in the 70’s, so yes, that long. Never did know what it stood for until today! assumed something Italian.

Garn your absolutely right, they produced a book of stuff as you say and it was certainly available from Connect at one point.
I havent seen it available anywhere for the past 4 or 5 years (maybe longer) though.
Ahh the days of getting the manual out and looking it all up in a few minutes……..
