What is wrong with my fridge? (Picture included)

I came home today to a terrible smell coming from the back of my fridge. I moved it forward and looked at the back and found the smell coming from a plastic container connected to near the bottom of the fridge. The container has this yellow stuff with black bits congealed at its surface and is filled with a liquid. The manual to the fridge says whatever is in there is meant to evaporate by its self. I have tried removing the container but it appears to be fixed in or I just don’t know how to. The fridge is a Bosch exxcel under the counter type fridge. If anyone knows what I should do or what the problem is I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

Something has been spilled in the fridge eg milk, cream, etc etc.

This has then entered the drain onto the drain tray.

You will have to clean the compressor drain tray and put some anti bacterial surface cleaner in the tray, lemon smell cleaner is normally the best.
