I phoned Connect last week over the invoice price of a part I received from them. The young lady asked me the usual (i.e Account number, Invoice number and Part number in question) and then simply said “What waz u quoted for the part?” I told her the trade price that was listed on their website and she typed me up a Credit Note for the difference…easy! 😀
But later on I checked again and twas me who made the mistake and that I looked up the price of the Electrue equivalent rather than the genuine part I ordered (difference = £19.15) 😳
Should I confess my sins to them and tell them the error of my ways? Or should I phone up to get even greater discount off my next orders?
