So is this a TA or a Union that is being created? 😕

Open to all is OK but IMO some employers (companies/ manufacturers )may be a bit peeved if they knew that their employees were part of it, as we all know some employees contributing to UKWG have been warned off, bit like the old union/managment attitudes of the past I fear.

It’s a TA Mal, no aspirations to be a union, asides from which I don’t really hold with the notion of unions too much as they exist. Past their sell by date in many ways IMO.

Anyways, the thinking is that, as most of us motley band started as manufacturer’s employees that there may well be a case for some of these employees who want to go it alone needing advice, information and help to get started. They may well want the support of a TA to help with that and that I don’t think any of us would have a problem with and, TBH, I think we should encourage more people to take the plunge if they can.

Sure, I know that they can get a lot of help just from UKW but I can’t see any reason to be restrictive as, after all, we’ve nothing to hide.
