Customer has rung to say a Blomberg integ fridge freezer has failed for the third time. We installed it last September. Waiting for an uplift but as for the installation it’s upstairs in a block and a pain to get in. Whether she wants another Blomberg or other make, would we charge for the installation?
Its not the customers fault so why should she pay, but then its not your fault so why should you pay, personally I would do the install from a customer retention perspective as then you are the good guy.
