Whats up with the uk whitegoods spares website

Could someone tell me whats up with the uk whitegoods spares website because for the last week it haven’t been working properly and it’s been a nightmare to try and search for parts. When I click on cooker and oven spares sometimes it does nothing so I click on it again and then it takes me to a select brand then once I click on the brand you could be taken to select the part you need or it will take you back so I need to select cooker and oven spares again. I’ve tried on my mobile phone, chrome, microsoft edge, internet explorer but still have problems and a few reviews I’ve seen people are having the same problem.

Just “tested” the shop, I was able to order a fan oven element, added to basket which then took me to the order details page,

I am using Chrome, so I don’t really know, sorry.

Working fine on my iPad using Safari browser.

I don’t know why but I think 3 mobile doesn’t like the spares website because when I try using the site with a vpn I don’t have a problem.

Just tried it on my main PC using Edge browser and have no problems.
