Where to buy ISE

I`m sure we used to be listed on the where to buy section of the ISE website?
We have had an enquiry from a customer about the ISE 10. I showed them the details on the website & looked for where to buy but we were not listed!!
How do I get our listing (back?) on there.

Hi Dave,

Dunno why you dropped off there.

I know we had a clear out a while back as we had complaints from customers who called up people listed to be told all sorts of tales about them not dealing with ISE and whatnot. A lot of these people were simply trying to cross sell to another brand and many had never stocked ISE or, in some cases, had never even sold one.

We got a bit more choosy about who got on there after a couple of instances where the listed dealer was, shall we say, not too pleasant or even truthful.

A LOT of customers are referred to the dealers by us (it’s our preferred way) and they do often come back to check stuff so we do get a lot of feedback from customers.

I have spoken to David and he doesn’t know why either but it will be back on there hopefully today. It could just have been a mix up in the above.
