Where’s the thermostat ?

I keep a Tricity D9306 Fridge-Freezer in my garage. It is many years old and has, up ’til now been very reliable. However the fridge has ceased to cool (whereas the freezer is functioning OK). I’ve defrosted it (wasn’t too icy) and cleared out the drain port in the fridge. I can hear the compressor working.
The unit has a temperature controller in the fridge and also one in the freezer.
I think it is most likely to be the thermostat. Replacements are available.
BUT I don’t know where the thermostat is located – indeed whether there’s two thermostats; one for the fridge AND one for the freezer.

Help please can anyone point me in the direction of where I should look.
