Which fridge is this please

Hello.

I managed to break one of the door shelves and wish to buy a new one. Alas Ive no idea what fridge type or model it is and dont have the manual.

Ive managed to take a picture of the sticker on the back of the fridge.

Some help would be amazing.

Pull out the salad drawer, the model number is stamped on the cabinet liner 😉
